Orange for the citrus kick, rosemary and coriander seeds for the spicy edge. This white beer by Seagull Brewing is sturdier than it looks, but remains pale and light-footed in the glass.
Named after the bird that is just as elusive as the beer itself. Nothing dominates, and yet that spicy edge lingers longer than you would expect from a wheat beer.
