Witgoud – Summery, soft and spicy fresh
A white beer with an ingredient you rarely come across: chamomile tea from Het Klaverblad in Leiden. Together with orange and coriander on a base of unmalted wheat, exactly as Leidse Goud writes it down himself.
Velvety smooth on the palate, fresh and short on the finish. Of the selection from this brewery, this is the lightest beer, and also the least bitter.
Add some sun and it's complete.
