Derde Poel Tripel – spicy, fresh and secretly strong
Named after the smallest of the three Langeraarse lakes, the pool that, according to the brewers, is surrounded by a nature reserve. Three types of malt, coriander seed, and orange peel make it a triple that is spicy without becoming heavy.
De Poel Brewery It is a father and son business from Langeraar, who only have a recipe scaled up externally once it is finished at home. Golden blonde in the glass, fresh with citrus, and a finish that fades away gently.
Small in name, and nowhere else.
