ROEM Tripel – Not for the faint-hearted
This triple Nothing is done by halves. Three grains — barley, wheat, and oats — provide the full, malty body; crushed coriander seed and dried sweet orange peel bring out the fruity yeast aromas. This is how it is described. ROEM himself.
The initial taste is full and sweet, the finish warm and drawn-out, with the coriander lingering for a moment. The sweetest beer we sell from this brewery.
