ROEM Tripel – Not for the faint-hearted
This triple doet niets half. Drie granen — gerst, tarwe en haver — geven de volle, moutige body; gekneusd korianderzaad en gedroogde zoete sinaasappelschil halen de fruitige gistaroma’s naar boven. Zo beschrijft ROEM hem zelf.
De aanzet is vol en zoet, de afdronk warm en langgerekt, met de koriander die nog even nablijft. Het zoetste bier dat wij van deze brouwerij verkopen.
Rijk, romig en onvergetelijk, zegt de brouwer. Bescheidenheid is hier niet het punt.
