Last Duke Standing – Powerful as a duke, unyielding in character
Yeasterday Brewing tells the story of Charles of Egmond, the last independent Duke of Gelre. Rye grew well in his duchy and Rhine wine was a status symbol at European courts — both can be found in this rye wine.
Spicy, slightly sweet, and with a dry edge, with wine-like, fruity-acidic notes running through it. One for small sips, which you let wash over you.
The last duke does not give up easily.

You have to like it. Light rye with the red fruit and acidity of a red wine. I like it and will definitely order it again.
