ROEM IPA – Modern, fresh and delightfully headstrong
A full citrus bouquet immediately sets the tone, after which the hop bitterness takes over. Robust and fresh at the same time, with a finish in which the citrus just refuses to fade.
Brewed in Zoetermeer by ROEM, and the result of over a year of experimenting. No rushed work, but a recipe that was refined batch after batch until the brewers were satisfied.
A modern IPA, but with a touch of stubbornness.
