ZHB – Very Hoppy Beer. The name says it all.
Five hop varieties went in: El Dorado, Willamette, Green Bullet, Aurora, and Galena. Together, they provide the citrus and blackcurrant notes that Eiber with this IPA himself describes as characteristic, of a considerable bitterness.
The name is a nod to the Zuid-Hollandse Bierbrouwerij, which was located in The Hague from 1881 to 1974. Modern brewed, historically inspired.
Full of hops, full of flavor, no compromise.
