Bijster

Bijster Bier was founded in 2020 by Maartje Sleijster and her father Albert-Jan Sleijster. In 2024, the first beer, Double IPA, was launched (by March 2025, around 4,000 liters of this beer had already been brewed).

Initially, the beer was filled into kegs and bottles, but since 2025, the beer has also been filled into cans.
