As a specialty beer enthusiast, my journey began with discovering various beer styles, from crisp and hoppy to full-bodied, malty, and powerful. That passion led to my first brewing experience in the kitchen in 2019. What started with two pots and a brewing kit soon grew into more than just a hobby. After many successful brews, experiments, and enthusiastic reactions from friends and fellow enthusiasts, Pat's Biri was born in 2021. Today, it is all about the experience: beer to be consciously enjoyed and shared together. Not standard beer, but artisanal craft beer brewed with passion, attention, and love.
