X-brewing stands for beers with flavors that push boundaries and regularly cross them. You won't often hear us say that our beers are beautifully balanced or everyone's friend. Unhindered by rules regarding beer and beer styles, we brew over the top and out of balance. We do this with honest ingredients and without the addition of flavorings or colorings.
