The mysterious seagull that according Seagull Brewing masters the art of card playing and moves skillfully between the players, in a pub that smells of malt. In the glass, it is a Scotch ale: deep amber, with sweet malt at its heart.
The bitterness remains light and subordinate, so that the sweet finish lingers for a long time.
