Rye of Sunshine \u2013 Light, spicy and refreshing<\/p>\n

Gulden Triomfator<\/a> It drew inspiration from English sparkling and dinner ales of the late nineteenth century: light beers made to quench thirst. The modern twist is ten percent rye in the mash, providing a subtle spiciness.<\/p>\n

A blond<\/a> that refreshes and is easy to drink, with that rye lingering briefly in the finish.<\/p>\n

It started in 2014 with five enthusiastic homebrewers, one beer kit, and a Belgian Tripel as the kick-off. After the first year, four remained. But what kept growing?
