Derde Poel 75 cl – table-size tripel

The same spicy triple like the little bottle of Brouwerij De Poel, but in a bottle that goes onto the tablecloth: three-quarters of a liter, to pour around.

Golden blond in the glass, coriander seed and orange peel on the nose, and enough for about four glasses. Full and present, with a spiciness that lingers longer than the sip itself.

By this measure, sharing is no longer a matter of politeness, but calculation.

Brouwerij De Poel is the initiative of Peter and Stefan Touw, father and son with a shared love for beer. From Langeraar in South Holland, they developed their hobby into a craft microbrewery.

Since 2020, they have been continuously working on developing and refining their own recipes. What started with small batches of 5 liters grew into brewing with a 30-liter automatic kettle. As soon as a recipe is fully perfected, it is scaled up externally to larger batches of 1,000 liters. The first beer on this scale appeared in 2025 and was brewed at De Noord-Hollandse Bierbrouwerij.
