A collaboration by Bijster and Gulden Triomfator: a classic west coast IPA with a modern twist, as the brewers themselves say. Krush sets the tone with citrus and juicy stone fruit, Chinook, Simcoe, and Citra build the pine bitterness, and rye malt adds a spicy edge.
Crisp and clear, with a bitterness that lingers.
The name is an invitation. The rye is literally in it.
